Floating Meditation & Sound Bath at East Wind
Wednesday October 15  - 6:00 – 7:00pm & Wednesday October 22 from 6:00 – 7:00pm
Float weightlessly on a deluxe mattress in our indoor heated pool, or relax and take in the peacefulness in a lounge chair poolside. Immerse yourself in the harmonics of the crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and gong.  The experience is designed to quiet your mind, soothe and nourish your nervous system, melt away stress, reset and restore your balance and harmony. 
Led by Francine Pitarch, Tibetan Tones Practitioner, and Susan L. Marques, RMT and Tibetan Tones Practitioner.
 
$55 per person for pool mattress
$35 per person for lounge chairs

**Recommended attire: wear comfortable clothing like yoga clothes, or a bathing suit with shorts. While we don't anticipate you getting wet as you will be on an float bed during the meditation, it is good to be prepared.
 
If you would like to bring an extra set of clothes, please do so.
